My yoga journey began in 2017, when I discovered the power of movement, breath and stillness to anchor the mind and body in the present moment. From that first step onto the mat, yoga became more than a practice—it became a space for growth, healing, and connection. After completing my 200-hour teacher training with YYOGA, I began teaching to share how yoga can nurture growth and cultivate awareness.

I am passionate about creating safe and inclusive spaces where the transformative power of yoga and community can support the healing process. I believe that true transformation happens when we become open to the unknown and allow ourselves to be vulnerable and transcend the limits we place on ourselves. I teach a breath and alignment-based practice that is challenging yet accessible for all-levels – a flow that is dynamic, strong and fluid with lots of opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and your journey.

Yoga Events

A tailored experience designed to fit the unique format of your next event, creating a secure space for mindfulness, self-evolution, and collective transformation. Grounded in breath awareness to support an alignment based class, these practices encourage participants to explore their full potential, embrace vulnerability, and experience embodied growth in any setting, whether a corporate retreat, festival, or community gathering.

Corporate Yoga

Promote well-being and balance by integrating breath awareness and mindful movement into the work day, whether it’s an offsite, or lunchtime zoom class. These practices encourage your team to hold space for self-inquiry and exploration, collective breath and create a supportive environment for growth and transformation.

Private Sessions

Personalized private sessions offer a safe and nurturing space for deeper self-inquiry and exploration, where individuals can move beyond the limits of public studio classes. Rooted in breath awareness and mindfulness, these alignment-based sessions foster transformation by helping individuals embrace vulnerability, challenge their boundaries, and connect to their true, steady self in a more private and accessible setting.
